We’ll take time to talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, explore your personal history, and discuss your goals for treatment. You’re never expected to share everything at once—your pace guides our conversation. By the end of our time together, we’ll have a clear, shared plan to move forward. What do ongoing therapy sessions look like? Each regular session begins with a brief check-in to see how you’re doing since we last met. From there, we may focus on building coping skills, processing recent events, or exploring deeper emotional patterns. I’ll often offer practical suggestions to try between sessions—no fluff, just realistic strategies that fit into your daily life. Cancellation Policy
Due to high demand and to allow everyone to reserve a slot, a session reservation must be paid for via FPS within 1 hour of being made, or the slot will be made available again. In case of greater force (typhoon, illness proved with a medical certificate), it is possible to cancel 24 hours in advance and reschedule the session once or to obtain a refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment OR do not show up, the session will be counted as due. On the date of payment, a package of 6 sessions is valid for 3 months at a minimum of 2 sessions per month. After this terminated period, the package will be counted as due. My availability is updated every morning. Final bookings can only be made by contacting me on WhatsApp, email, or the forms available on the website.
