Therapy and Counselling
What is Professional Psychotherapy in
Hong Kong?
Confidential & effective:
It moves beyond simple conversation to equip you with practical, scientific tools to manage stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship issues.
In a confidential setting, your therapist / counsellor deeply analyses communication—words, tone, and body language—to identify core challenges. Unlike advice from friends, this structured professional relationship offers a safe, private space for transformative change without impact on your work or personal life.
What happens during the first therapy session?
The first session is all about building comfort and connection. We’ll take time to talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, explore your personal history, and discuss your goals for treatment. You’re never expected to share everything at once—your pace guides our conversation. By the end of our time together, we’ll have a clear, shared plan to move forward.
How to book a session?
When you finalize a reservation on the website, “payment in person” means payment with FPS on this phone number (📞 +852 6939 4947). Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp along with useful details on how to get to the practice.
If you do not wish to register your personal information on the website, you can also choose the slot that suits you, confirm it with me on WhatsApp, and finalize your reservation with FPS.
How do the packages work if I want more than one hour per session?
The 6-session packages consist of one-hour sessions.
If you would like 1.5-hour sessions, 1.5 sessions will be deducted from your package, i.e., 4 bookings.
If you would like 2-hour sessions, 2 sessions will be deducted from your package for each reservation, i.e., 3 bookings.
I would like 2 one-hour sessions + 2 two-hour sessions = 4 sessions will be deducted from your package for each booking, i.e. 4 bookings.
What is your cancellation policy ?
Due to high demand and to allow everyone to reserve a slot, a session reservation must be paid for via FPS within 1 hour of being made, or the slot will be made available again.
In case of greater force (typhoon, sickness with a medical certificate) it is possible to cancel within 24 hours and reschedule the session once or to obtain a refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment OR do not show up, the session will be counted as due.
