Shared therapy practice Hong Kong - Room Rental Sheung Wan - THE PROCESS HK : AVAILABLE FROM APRIL 1st. Cozy, quiet, and private office space for mental health professionals (room rental is for practitioners who have an established agreement for sharing my clinic space. Please contact me if you’re interested in renting.) AVAILABLE FROM APRIL 1st. The Process practice is a spacious and welcoming wellness room with modern, convenient, and comfortable facilities. Covering an area of 313 feet meters square. Located in the heart of Sheung Wan and includes a designer consultation room. With free Wi-Fi and refreshments available throughout, the center has been specially designed to inspire growth and development. The therapy room reflects an element of privacy and comfort. It is equipped with a decorative wall, a desk, an armchair, and a therapy couch. The room offers practitioners a safe space to conduct individual sessions and achieve breakthroughs. 60 minutes session + 15 min buffer time : 200 HKD 90 minutes session + 15 min buffer time : 300 HKD 2 hour-session + 15 min buffer time : 400 HKD Payment in person means payment with payment via FPS IMMEDIATELY after booking online, otherwise the slot will be made available again. You will then receive confirmation via WhatsApp.
Cancellation Policy
Room Rental Agreement Only with a rental agreement between The Process Limited and the practitioner who would like to rent the therapy room for private practice. Clinic location: Sheung Wan, Hong Kong Booking Procedure Bookings will be made hourly on an as needed basis. The minimum length for bookings is one hour. All hourly bookings are made using the JaneApp system. Payment will be made online via FPS following an outstanding balance email sent at the end of the month. An itemized invoice will be provided after payment is received. Pricing is as follows: $200 HKD/60 minutes $300 HKD/90 minutes $400 HKD/2 hours Guidelines for the Agreement The Process Ltd agrees to: 1. Offer a clean, safe, fully functional, and confidential environment for the practitioner to work in with their clients. 2. Notify the practitioner of any correspondence to them sent to The Process Ltd and to keep it safe and confidential until it can be collected. 3. Give at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible of building closures. 4. Give at least one month’s notice if the room is no longer available for rental purposes. 5. Offer a fully functional online booking procedure for the practitioner to choose their time slots. The practitioner agrees to: 1. Respect all furniture and fittings and to leave the rooms in a clean and tidy condition. 2. Cancel any appointments online with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to 50% of the rental fee. 3. Provide their own resources and do their own administrative work. 4. Pay all invoices within a day after receiving outstanding balance notifications. 5. Be fully responsible for the health and safety of their clients. 6. Provide up to date professional indemnity insurance and evidence of professional body membership, qualifications etc. and maintain insurance for the duration of this agreement. 7. Operate within the General Terms and Conditions of Room Rental (below). General Terms and Conditions of Room Rental ➔ The Process Ltd will not deal with any financial transactions or payment of client fees on your behalf. You should maintain full control over your bookings and treatment of your clients, including client records and advertising materials. ➔ The therapy room must only be used during the hours that have been agreed upon and booked. Please double check that the booking has been made correctly as The Process Ltd cannot be responsible for any mistakes that are made. ➔Read more on the agreement
