Cancellation Policy
The one-on-one session must be booked at least 24 hours maximum in advance. The online session can be booked anytime. A session reservation must be paid for via FPS within 6 hours of being made, or the slot will be made available again. In case of greater force, it is possible to cancel 24 hours in advance and reschedule the session once or to obtain a refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment OR do not show up, the session will be counted as due. On the date of payment, a package of 6 sessions is valid for 3 months at a minimum of 2 sessions per month. After this terminated period, the package will be counted as due. My availability is updated every morning. Final bookings can only be made by contacting me on WhatsApp, email, or the forms available on the website.
